Shipping & Guarantees

• We mail your items by registered post to almost any country. However, if you prefer for your package to be shipped by courier or other option, kindly contact us.
• Registered post is preferred by most customers as it offers the best value.
• Normally your items will arrive in less than 16 days of your placing the order.
• Order processing time is 48 hours, which means that this is all the time that you have in case you would like to change your order, as we cannot modify your original order after the package has been shipped. Orders received at weekends or state holidays are processed on the next working day.
• You bear all responsibility for returned/undelivered, unclaimed or lost parcels if your shipping address is a POBox, C/O, is unverified by PayPal, is different from your billing address, or is Poste Restante. In case of any returned/undelivered, unclaimed or lost parcels, customers shall pay a 33% restocking fee on the merchandise except in the case of processing errors. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay shipping charges for the reshipment.
• If the merchandise arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. A replacement of the product shall be given, hassle-free, no questions asked.
• We are happy to issue a refund for unused items, undamaged and complete, together with the relevant packaging in an unused and re-saleable condition, and will do so within 30 days of being notified.
• You must return the goods to us at your cost via registered post. If returned products are lost we will not be liable for them.
• As a PayPal customer you are fully covered under its 100% buyer protection.
• If you are dissatisfied with a DVD or VCD due to its video contents, kindly note that such cases shall be referred to the product's manufacturer.
